• Management Focus is an initiative established by a group of leading New Zealand private and public sector organisations.  By pooling the resources and expertise of these organisations Management Focus aims to bring a collaborative effort to improving New Zealand's management capability. 
• Our collection of self assessment tools allow you to assess your current management performance and identify areas that you can improve on.  By reading the collection of business case studies you will discover how successful businesses have overcome similar issues and find techniques that you can apply to your own organsation.
• Management Focus won't provide a one stop solution to improving your management skills, but through collaboration of key organisations we aim to help you development a plan to improve your business through good management.
