Our Approach
- Insights about management only become personal learning when we wrestle with them sufficiently to internalise them in our own belief system and they motivate us to change our practices.
- Both hearts and minds have to be engaged to achieve change and development.
- Inspirational mini case studies are helpful but they are just a snapshot to illustrate achievements at a point in time in a particular context and so they should be viewed in that light and not as some exact formula to success.
- Real world enterprises continually face challenges in their external and internal environments and so managers need to respond in different ways, so what was the right response and action yesterday may not be tomorrow.
