For the first time ever we have four generations in the workplace. Each of these generations has their own distinct set of behavioural characteristics, values and expectations. The more employers, supervisors, team leaders and managers understand what these differences are then the better able they are to manage, minimise conflict, and manage the impacts of diverse values together in the workplace.
