The ten areas on the left define the important competencies to be held by managers at any level of your organisation.
This programme provides you with a profile based on your description of where you are in each of these areas and enables you to write a simple action plan to improve your competence. Both the profile and action plan will be stored securely under your username, and you can access it at any time to modify or expand upon it.
The programme also helps you to focus on a single competency area, receive a more detailed profile for that area, and develop an action plan specific to the area.
The 'next' button will take you through from one competency to the next. Each competency is defined at five levels. Determine the level of the competency suitable for your work and determine how competent you think you are at present and where you would like to be. You can if you like write an action plan that will help you raise your competency level. Then the 'next' button will take you to the next competency.
Otherwise click on the name of the level and you can develop a more detailed profile and action plan relating just to that level.
The profile and action plans will be developed automatically from your information.
